Disney Coming to Livingston Parish

A little over a year ago I herd a rumor that Disney was looking at Livingston Parish to possably put a theme park in. Then I herd it was a water park. Then I herd about some type of entertainment complex. I just want to know if anybody else has herd any of these rumors lately?

Man thats an old rumor from over 35 years ago. You hear about this about every 10 years and then it goes away. i will never see it in my lifetime.

I did a little searching on the internet and this is what I found.

Grimmer says the Livingston Economic Development Council paid $100,000 for a Disney site study. He's hoping to hear from Disney within the next couple months.

Did he ever hear back?
